An intimate cake tasting, thoughtfully guided and offered on select Saturday afternoons by appointment.
Each tasting is designed to explore flavor while discussing your vision — how your cake will take its place within your celebration, how it will feel in the room, and what you want it to be remembered for.
Tastings take place within The Novel Baker’s atelier — a considered, welcoming space that reflects the same sense of beauty and intention found in the cakes themselves.

Tastings are offered by request for those planning weddings and celebrations where cake is a meaningful part of the experience.
Tastings are $55 and are thoughtfully prepared for two, offering a curated introduction to our signature flavors.
