Please note: We are unable to accept detailed custom orders at the counter. Thank you for being so understanding.
To make the ordering process as smooth as buttercream:

This helps answer common questions and inspires your choices. - Fill out the Custom Order Form below.
Be sure to include a photo of your inspiration cake or event invitation—we love visuals! - We’ll review your submission and get back to you within 72 hours.
During busy baking weeks, replies may take a little longer, but we promise we’re working on it.
Timing Tips
- We finalize our weekly schedule on Fridays.
Please submit all final details by the Friday before your event to ensure your cake is part of that week’s lineup. - For special requests or elaborate designs, we recommend ordering 3–4 weeks in advance.
This gives us time to perfect every detail. - Need something last minute?
We often offer last-minute cakes each week! Mark your form as “last minute” and include your inspiration. If we can fit it in, we’d love to help.
As we prepare cakes for the weekend, response times may be delayed—especially toward the end of the week. Please allow a few days for a reply.
