Alexis adores new trends while maintaining a love for tradition. You will always find a bit of whimsy as she creates confections that are always considered “too pretty to eat.”

From cracking the first egg to swirling the final frosting, I am inspired by the romantic ambiance of creating the most perfect and stunning cake just for you.

This is why I bake from scratch with premium, mostly organic ingredients, so the taste of your wedding cake naturally becomes an incredible experience for your guests.

The Novel Baker is named for the years spent at Arcadia University pursuing Master’s Degrees in Writing and Literature. Initially, the bakery was founded to help this writer pay off her college loans, but it later developed into a life’s passion. The name is also a double entendre because the cakes are always novel (and delicious).
